Common questions
My customer says they paid, but nothing has arrived
Open the request in Telegram and check its status — it updates the moment the payment lands. USDC on Polygon settles in seconds; USDT on Tron can take a minute or two. If the status still shows unpaid after a few minutes, check that the wallet address on the request is the one you expected to be paid at, then message us with the request ID.
I sent a request with the wrong amount
If it has not been paid yet, cancel it and send a new one. If it has already been paid, settle the difference directly with your customer — because the money went straight to your wallet, we have nothing to adjust on our side.
Can you refund my customer?
No. We never hold the money, so we have nothing to refund from. If you owe a customer a refund, send it from your own wallet. Stablecoin payments are final once sent, exactly like cash.
Which wallets can I be paid into?
Any wallet that holds USDT on Tron or USDC on Polygon. You choose which of the two you accept, and you can accept both.
Can I change the wallet I get paid at?
Yes, in the app. The change applies to every request you create from then on. Requests already sent keep the wallet they were created with.
Why was my request declined?
Every wallet address is screened against international sanctions lists before a request is created. If an address is flagged, the request is refused. Message us with the request ID and we will tell you what was matched.
Do I need to sign up or verify my identity?
No. Telegram already knows who you are, and we never ask for documents. If your customer pays by card, the licensed card provider may ask them for identity checks — that is between them and your customer, not something we see.
How do I delete my data?
Message us and ask. We hold only your Telegram ID and your wallet address, and both are removed on request.
Where can I turn stablecoins into local money?
It depends on your country: licensed exchanges with bank withdrawal in some, peer-to-peer or over-the-counter traders in others, and legal risk in a few. We keep a country-by-country guide at truetransfer.is/cash-out/.
