Official channels, and how to check them
TrueTransfer is new, so here is everything you need to satisfy yourself that it is real, without taking our word for any of it.
The only official channels

Anything else using this name is not us. We also hold these look-alike Telegram names so nobody else can; each one answers with a pointer back to the official bot: @truetransfer_pay_bot, @truetransferpay_bot, @truetransfer_payment_bot, @truetransferpayment_bot, @truetransfer_usdt_bot.
What you can verify on-chain, right now
The contracts that move money are public. Open them in any block explorer and read the code and every transaction for yourself.

A payment on TON or Polygon goes into a contract created for that one request. The contract can pay only the merchant it was made for; our server key cannot send it anywhere else, and the fee it may take is capped in the code at 5%. Refunds, and any transfer under a legal order, need a cold wallet that is not connected to any server.

What we will never do
- Ask for your seed phrase, recovery words, private key or wallet password. Nobody legitimate ever will.
- Ask you to send funds to "verify", "unlock" or "release" anything.
- Ask for identity documents, a selfie, or your bank details.
- Write to you first from an address or account other than the ones on this page.
- Hold, freeze or move your money. We cannot: the contracts above are what move it.
