Choose a name and add what you sell
Pick a short name for your shop. Then add your first thing: a photograph, a name, a price, and the choices people pick from, like small, medium and large.

Share your link
You get one link. Put it in your channel, your group, your profile, a message, a poster — anywhere. That is the whole setup.
The button opens Telegram and starts the bot for you. It is exactly the same as typing /shop.

It lives inside Telegram. There is no separate app to download, no password to invent, and no dashboard to log into on a computer.

Give it a name and a price. Group things into shelves — T-shirts, Accessories, whatever you call them — and drag them into the order you want. Offer choices like size and colour, and charge a little more for some of them if you need to: XL +$2 is all you have to write.

Customers add what they want, change how many, and pay once. They give their name, telephone and address once — with the country picked from a list, so the telephone code and the delivery price look after themselves.

The customer taps Checkout
The sheet rises from the bottom of the screen. It shows your shop name, what they are buying, the delivery charge and the total. Nothing about wallets, networks or coins — just a price and a button.

They pay by card, or from a wallet
By card, they enter their card details with our payment provider and the money is converted for them. From a wallet, they tap their wallet app or scan the square on screen — the exact amount is already filled in, so there is nothing to type wrong.

It lands in your wallet, and you both get a receipt
You get a message in Telegram the moment it arrives: what was bought, who it is going to, their telephone and their address. They get a receipt they can keep, as a link or in Telegram.
What people pay with. Digital dollars — USDC or USDT. One of them is always worth about one US dollar, which is why a shop can price things in pounds, dong or kroner and still be paid in something that does not move overnight.
Where it goes. Straight to the wallet address you entered. It does not pass through an account of ours, because we do not have one. Paying by card has a small minimum, because the card provider sets one.
The receipt your customer keeps
Every order has a page of its own: what they bought, what they paid, where it is going, and a button that opens a chat with you. They can also ask the bot to send it to them in Telegram.
It works for people who are not in Telegram at all — they just open the link.
Charge what it actually costs you.
Set a price for your own town, another for your country, another for the region, and one for everywhere else. The closest match wins, so a customer down the road is not charged the same as one on the other side of the world.
You can also make delivery free above a certain amount. If an address is somewhere you do not send to, the shop says so instead of quietly charging nothing.

Everything you need to post the parcel.
Each order shows its number, the day and time it was placed, what was in it, who it is for, their Telegram name, their telephone, their email and the full address with the country — laid out the way you would write it on a label, with a button to copy the lot.
Search any of it: a name, part of an address, a postcode, a telephone number with or without spaces, or the order number. Filter by day. Take the whole lot away as a spreadsheet whenever you like.
When an order is done, the customer’s details are deleted. We keep what was sold and for how much. We do not keep where they live.
It should look like your shop, not ours.
Pick any colour for the buttons. Add your logo. Put a photograph behind the whole shop. Choose whether it reads light or dark, or let it follow whatever the customer’s phone is set to.
Choose the currency you price in and the language the payment words appear in. Everything you write stays in your own words — we never translate it for you.
Your own address, if you want one. Share it as a Telegram link, put it in your own Telegram app, or point your own web address at it. Customers never have to see ours.

Your customer is shown one total and pays exactly that. Our part comes out of the sale, not on top of it. You can also add a markup of your own to every price, so what you list is what you keep.
We never hold it.
This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is worth being plain about.
When somebody pays you, the money moves from them to your wallet. It does not sit in a TrueTransfer account on the way, because there is no such account. We cannot freeze it, spend it, lend it or lose it, and if we disappeared tomorrow the money that is already yours would still be yours.
It also means a payment cannot be undone once it has been sent. That is the trade: nobody can reverse a payment out of your account either.
We do not ask for your documents. No passport, no selfie, no proof of address. If we ever cannot serve someone, we stop serving them — we never hold on to their money.
Common questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. There is nothing to install, nothing to paste and no code of any kind. You send /shop to the bot in Telegram, pick a name, add what you sell, and share the link.
What does it cost to open a shop?
Nothing. There is no monthly fee and no charge to open a shop or to list things. We take 1.5% of each sale through your shop, plus 0.5% on turning your price into the money the customer pays with.
How do customers pay?
By bank card, or from a crypto wallet they already have. A payment sheet rises from the bottom of the screen showing your shop name, what they bought, the delivery charge and the total. They do not need an account and they do not have to install anything.
Where does the money go?
Straight to the wallet address you entered, as USDC on Polygon or USDT on TON. It never passes through a TrueTransfer account, because there is no such account. We cannot freeze it, spend it or lose it.
Can customers buy several things at once?
Yes. They add what they want to a basket, change the quantities, and pay once. They enter their name, telephone and address once, however many things are in the basket, and delivery is charged once per order.
Can I charge different delivery prices for different places?
Yes. Set a price for your own town, your country, a region, and everywhere else. The most exact match wins. You can also make delivery free above an amount, and if an address is somewhere you do not send to, the shop says so.
Do I need my own website or domain?
No. You can share your shop as a Telegram link. If you already own a web address, or have a Telegram app of your own, you can point either at your shop so customers never see ours.
What can I sell?
Ordinary goods and services. You choose a description of your trade when you open the shop. A short list of things we cannot help sell is refused at that point rather than after you have done the work.
Do I have to send identity documents?
No. No passport, no selfie and no proof of address. We do not collect identity documents at all.
Can a payment be reversed?
No. A confirmed payment on a blockchain is final and cannot be charged back. Both sides are shown this before anything is confirmed. It also means nobody can pull a payment back out of your wallet.
