Nothing is uploaded

An invoice you cansend in a chat.

Fill it in, print it to PDF, send it. Bill in the currency you think in, get paid in USDC or USDT, and put the payment link on the invoice itself.

Everything stays in this page — no account, no upload, nothing stored. Printing uses your browser's own "Save as PDF", which produces a better file than any converter would. This is a document, not tax advice: whether you must charge VAT, and at what rate, depends on where you and your client are.

Why it is shaped this way

An invoice is a record, not a request.

The reason an invoice has a number, a date and a payable total is that somebody may need to produce it a year later — for an accountant, for a tax authority, or because a client says they never received it. Anything that makes it harder to produce later is a bad invoice, however pretty it looks.

Priced in your currency

Bill in what you quote in. The payment link shows the buyer their own currency and settles to you in USDC or USDT.

The link lives on the invoice

Paste a payment link and it prints on the document, so the way to pay travels with the bill rather than in a separate message.

Final once paid

A settled stablecoin payment cannot be reversed months later, which is the whole reason freelancers take them.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is anything I type sent to you?

No. The page builds and prints the invoice in your browser and makes no network request while you use it. Close the tab and it is gone — which also means there is no copy for you to come back to, so save the PDF.

Do I have to charge VAT or sales tax?

That depends on where you are registered, where your client is, and what you are selling — and it is a question for someone who knows your jurisdiction. The field is there so you can apply the rate you have been told to apply. Leaving it at zero is not advice that zero is correct.

Is an invoice paid in stablecoins legally valid?

An invoice is a record of what was owed and what was paid; the currency does not change that. What does change is your bookkeeping — most authorities want the value recorded in your local currency at the date of the transaction, so keep the rate you used. Ask your accountant how they want it entered.

What stops a client reversing the payment?

With a card, nothing — that is what a chargeback is, and it can arrive months later. A settled stablecoin payment has no equivalent: once it confirms it is final. That is the trade, and it cuts both ways, so agree the work before the money moves.

Can I use this without using TrueTransfer?

Yes. Leave the payment link blank and it is simply an invoice generator. The link field is there because getting paid is the part invoices are bad at, not because the document needs us.

Put a link on the invoice.

Two fields in a Telegram chat and you have one. Your client taps it, pays in their own currency, and the money settles to your wallet.
