By opening, using or paying through TrueTransfer you accept everything on this page. If you do not accept it, do not use the service.

In plain language

• TrueTransfer is software. It is not a bank, not an exchange, not a wallet and not a money transmitter.
• We never hold your money or anyone else's. Payments go straight from the payer to the recipient's own wallet.
• Blockchain payments are final. A payment sent to the wrong place cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.
• We cannot reverse, refund, freeze or recover any payment, for anyone, ever.
• We are not a party to any transaction and take no responsibility for scams, fraud, disputes, or any loss of funds or money.
• Only pay people you know and trust.

1. Who we are and what this page is

“TrueTransfer”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of the TrueTransfer software and of this website. “You” means anyone who uses TrueTransfer in any way, whether to create a payment request (a recipient) or to pay one (a payer). This page is a statement of the limits of our service and of our responsibility. It applies together with our Terms and our Privacy statement, and where they differ, the more protective statement for TrueTransfer applies to the extent the law allows.

2. TrueTransfer is a software tool, nothing more

TrueTransfer is software that lets a person create a payment request and share it inside Telegram, and lets another person pay it. That is the whole service. TrueTransfer is not a bank, a deposit-taker, a money transmitter, a money services business, a remittance provider, a payment institution, an e-money issuer, a virtual-asset service provider, an exchange, a broker, a dealer, a market maker, a custodian, an escrow agent, a trustee, a fiduciary, an insurer or a financial adviser, and it does not act as any of these for anyone, in any country.

We do not open accounts, hold balances, issue wallets, generate or store private keys or seed phrases, convert currencies, or keep any money or crypto-asset on anyone's behalf, at any time, for any reason.

3. We never hold, control or move your funds

Every payment made through a TrueTransfer request travels directly from the payer's wallet, or from the payer's independent card payment provider, to the recipient's own wallet on a public blockchain. At no point does any money or crypto-asset pass through, rest with, or come under the control of TrueTransfer. We have no key, no signature and no technical ability to move anything.

Because we never hold funds, we cannot reverse, cancel, recall, freeze, pause, hold, recover, redirect, adjust or refund any payment, under any circumstances, for anyone, including in response to a court order, a police request or a request from you. Do not ask us to; it is not something we are able to do.

4. Blockchain payments are final

Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible once confirmed. A payment sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, in the wrong asset, in the wrong amount, or to a person who turns out to be dishonest is permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Treat every payment exactly as you would treat handing over cash to a stranger in the street.

5. You are responsible for every payment you send and every request you create

Before you pay, it is entirely your responsibility to check who you are paying, the wallet address, the network (Polygon or Tron), the asset (USDC or USDT) and the amount. Before you create a request, it is entirely your responsibility to check that the wallet address you will be paid at is yours, is correct, and is on a network you actually control a wallet on. TrueTransfer displays what you and the other party enter; it does not and cannot verify that any of it is correct or intended.

6. Scams, fraud and disputes between users

TrueTransfer is not a party to any transaction. We do not verify the identity, legitimacy, solvency, honesty, location or intentions of any person who creates or pays a request, and we make no representation about any of them. A Telegram account, a name, a profile picture or a verified badge is not a guarantee of anything.

We accept no responsibility whatsoever for scams, fraud, impersonation, phishing, misrepresentation, non-delivery, late delivery or non-conformity of goods or services, failure or refusal to pay, chargeback-style claims, or any dispute of any kind between a payer and a recipient. Every such matter is solely between the parties to that transaction, and you agree to resolve it directly with the other party without involving us. Only pay people you know and trust. If you are asked to pay someone you do not know, or to pay urgently, or to pay to “unlock” something, assume it is a scam.

7. Impersonation and social engineering

We will never ask you for your seed phrase, recovery words, private key, wallet password, one-time code, or remote access to your device, and we will never ask you to send crypto to “verify”, “unlock” or “release” anything. Anyone who does, whatever name or logo they use, is a criminal. Our only channels are this website and our official Telegram bot. Messages, links, groups, apps or websites claiming to be TrueTransfer through any other route are not us, and we accept no responsibility for anything that results from trusting them.

8. Loss of funds or money

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueTransfer, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors and affiliates (together, the “TrueTransfer parties”) accept no liability for any loss of funds, money, crypto-assets, value, data or opportunity, however caused, including without limitation loss arising from:

• your own error, including a wrong address, wrong network, wrong asset, wrong amount, or paying the wrong person;
• a lost, stolen, compromised, shared or mismanaged wallet, device, seed phrase, private key, password or Telegram account;
• phishing, malware, keyloggers, clipboard hijacking, fake wallets, fake apps, social engineering, SIM-swapping or any other attack on you or your equipment;
• the acts, omissions, insolvency or policies of any third party, including wallets, exchanges, off-ramps, banks, card networks and card payment providers;
• blockchain network failures, congestion, outages, forks, reorganisations, upgrades, exploits or changes to protocol rules;
• the freezing, blacklisting, seizure, depegging, redemption failure, redesign or discontinuation of any stablecoin by its issuer or by a court or authority;
• regulatory, legal, tax or governmental action in any jurisdiction;
• interruption, suspension, degradation or termination of the TrueTransfer service, or of Telegram, for any reason;
• anything you do in reliance on information shown by the service, including amounts, conversions, statuses and receipts.

9. Reusable request links

A request can be saved and reused. A reusable link can be paid by anyone who has it, as many times as they like, without any further action by you. If you share a link publicly, post it, forward it, or let it be copied, you accept that anyone may pay against it and that you are responsible for what you do with those payments. You may disable a link at any time; disabling it stops future payments but cannot reverse a payment already made.

10. Exchange rates and the amounts you see

You may price a request in one of many currencies. The figure in that currency is a reference only. What is actually paid and received is a quantity of stablecoin (USDC or USDT) calculated at the moment of payment using a mid-market reference rate. Rates move continuously; the rate at the moment of payment may differ from the rate when the request was created or viewed, and the stablecoin you receive may be worth more or less in your currency by the time you convert it. We do not guarantee any rate, do not guarantee that a displayed conversion is accurate or current, and are not responsible for any difference or shortfall.

11. Costs set by third parties

Any cost charged by a blockchain network, a wallet, an exchange, an off-ramp, a bank or a card payment provider is set by that third party, not by us; may change at any time without notice; is paid to that third party, not to us; and is not something we can refund, reduce or control.

12. Timing and availability of networks

How long a payment takes to confirm depends on the blockchain network and on the payer's wallet or card provider, none of which we control. We give no guarantee about the time any payment will take, and no guarantee that any network, wallet, provider, or the service itself, will be available when you need it.

13. Stablecoins

USDT and USDC are issued and controlled by third parties, not by TrueTransfer. Their value, backing, redemption, availability, and the issuer's ability to freeze, blacklist or seize balances at particular addresses are entirely outside our control and may be exercised without warning. Stablecoins are not legal tender and are not deposits; they are not insured or guaranteed by any government, deposit scheme, or by us. Their legal and tax status differs by country and may change at any time.

14. Third-party services

If a payer pays by card, that payment is processed by an independent, separately licensed payment provider under that provider's own terms, checks, limits and policies, including any identity verification it requires. TrueTransfer does not process cards, does not see card details, is not the merchant of record for that card payment, and is not responsible for that provider's decisions, delays, limits, declines, holds or conduct.

Wallets, exchanges, off-ramps and any other service you use to hold, convert or cash out your funds are third parties with no connection to TrueTransfer. We do not control them, do not endorse them, do not receive your funds from them and are not responsible for anything they do or fail to do.

15. Telegram

TrueTransfer runs inside Telegram, a platform owned and operated by a third party with which we have no affiliation. Your Telegram account, its security, its availability and its continued existence are matters between you and Telegram. We are not responsible for Telegram outages, policy changes, account bans, message loss, or for the service becoming unavailable because Telegram changes or withdraws what it allows.

16. Eligibility

You may use TrueTransfer only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), have full legal capacity, are not somewhere the service would be unlawful, are not named on any sanctions list, are not acting for anyone who is, and are not using the service for anything listed in section 17. If any of these is untrue, you must not use the service, and anything you do through it is at your sole risk.

17. Prohibited uses

You must not use TrueTransfer to request or make any payment connected with: anything illegal where you or the other party are; money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion; fraud, scams, extortion or blackmail; stolen goods or stolen funds; weapons, drugs or other controlled items; sexual services or child exploitation; unlicensed gambling, unlicensed financial services or unregistered securities; counterfeit goods; or harm to any person. You must not use the service to impersonate anyone, to misrepresent what a payment is for, or to interfere with the service or its security.

18. Compliance, screening and refusal of service

Every wallet address is screened against international sanctions lists before a request is created. We may decline, restrict, suspend or withdraw service to anyone, at any time, with or without notice or explanation, including where we suspect a breach of this page or of the law. Withholding service is the only measure available to us; because we never hold funds, we cannot freeze, seize or return anything. We may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities to the extent required.

19. Your data and your security

We hold only your Telegram identifier and the wallet address you choose to be paid at; our Privacy statement describes this. The security of your Telegram account, your devices, your wallets, your keys and your seed phrases is entirely your responsibility. Anything done through your Telegram account or from your wallet is treated as done by you.

20. Receipts, records and tax

Statuses and receipts shown by the service are for information only. The public blockchain is the authoritative record of every payment. You are solely responsible for keeping your own records, for reporting your income, and for all taxes and filings that arise from anything you receive or pay through the service, in every jurisdiction that applies to you.

21. No advice

Nothing on this site or in the service is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, hold or use any crypto-asset. Crypto-assets are volatile and carry risk of total loss. Seek your own professional advice before deciding anything.

22. The service is provided as is

TrueTransfer is provided as is and as available, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, availability, security or non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely or secure, that any defect will be corrected, or that it will meet your needs.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the TrueTransfer parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or connected with the service, however caused and under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of the TrueTransfer parties for all claims is limited to the fees you have actually paid to TrueTransfer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have paid none, to nothing. Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24. Your responsibility to others

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the TrueTransfer parties from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of this page or of any law, any payment you make or request, or any dispute between you and another user or any third party.

25. No affiliation; trademarks

TrueTransfer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Telegram, Circle, Tether, Polygon, Tron, or any wallet, exchange, off-ramp or card payment provider. Their names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the networks and assets the service supports.

26. Language, entire statement, severability, no waiver, survival

This page is written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; if there is any difference, the English version prevails. This page, with the Terms and the Privacy statement, is the entire statement of our responsibility to you. If any part of it is held unenforceable, the rest continues in full effect and the unenforceable part is replaced by the closest enforceable one. Our not enforcing any part of this page is not a waiver of it. Sections 3 to 8, 11, 13, 14 and 20 to 26 survive any ending of your use of the service.

27. Changes

We may change this page at any time by publishing the new version here with a new date. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
